Images are photos taken outside of weathered gravestones etc. and as such the names are unstructured and may be difficult (or unreadable) in places.

Forename and any middle names in full, please include initials where given
Surname as entered, often only listed once but may apply to other related individuals e.g. John Smith and his wife Mary - will be entered as 'Mary Smith'. List each name in order as inscribed on the headstone.

Dates must be entered in the format YYYY regardless of how it appears in the inscription
Month must be entered in the format MM regardless of how it appears in the inscription
Day must be entered in the format DD regardless of how it appears in the inscription

This should be in the format Years,Months,Weeks,Days,Hours. e.g.:
Please only add an age if it is given on the headstone, do not calculate ages
Please enter the relationship to each other on the headstone, but only if it is given e.g. Wife, Husband, Daughter, Son etc.
There will be no relationship to anyone else for a headstone containing a single name - any additional relation information is to be entered in 'Notes'
