This should be in the format Years,Months,Weeks,Days,Hours. e.g.:
Please only add an age if it is given on the headstone, do not calculate ages
Please enter the relation if it is given e.g. Wife, Husband, Daughter, Son etc
Maiden Name if given

If you have GPS coordinates for this cemetery, this is where you can record these (Don't worry if you don't have this).
Please set the co-ordinates to Latitude / Longitude.
Any extra details such as Profession, Post Nominals (B.A., M.D.), Place of Death, Place of Birth, or any other interesting information that is on the stone e.g. Wife of John Smith, Killed in Action, Lost at Sea
