Select for pages containing household schedules, institutions, shipping or any larger establishments
Located in the top left corner of the Census enumeration page. If blank use the 'Town or Village or Hamlet', if given.
Given in column 1 of the the enumeration page. Please enter for every member of each household. The schedule number is not the House/Street number, do not duplicate in the Street Address column.
Data from column 2 of the enumeration page. Enter for every member of each household. Do not enter uninhabited properties. If no street address is given, please check the previous image (using Image Navigation controls) otherwise enter the civil parish only. Do not include the word 'continued' if written in the street address.
In column 6 of the enumeration page, enter all forenames, if given, for every person listed. Enter all initials where given.

In column 7 of the enumeration page, enter all relationships to the head of the family.
In column 9 and 10 of the enumeration page, enter into the Age field. Enter infant ages as eg: 10M, 9W, 3D.
Enter M (for Male) or F (for Female) according to column the Age has been written in.
In column 11 of the enumeration page, enter professions as they are written where given.
In column 15 of the enumeration page, extract the Birth County from the 'where born' column if given and if possible. Do not add any information that is not written on the image.

Select Unreadable Image if the image is completely unreadable.
Select No Data if the image does not have the type of information indexed in this project.
